Machinery: 

Our machinery is custom engineered and optimised for tolerance ring production. This allows us to produce rings to meet individual customer requirements: from 4mm to over 1m diameter.

Expertise: 

We have extensive in house design, test and R&D capabilities and using our international technical centres for local customer support we are able to rapidly develop Tolerance Rings to meet bespoke customer requirements around the world.

We have the expertise and processes to produce rings in most types of spring metal materials, including for example, steel, stainless steel, copper beryllium, inconel and hastelloy.

Treatments: 

Through our certified sub contractors we also offer a wide range of post forming treatments. These include: hardening, stress relieving, cleaning such as passivation, and the application of dry coat lubricants.

Supply: 

Finally, we offer customer specific supply chain solutions. From our global sites, or via our customers' logistics partners, we can offer JIT and Kan Ban supply. Furthermore we trade in local currencies and support 3rd Party JIT hub invoicing requirements.
